The LS-F7 intelligent top-to-ground cover box making machine is used to wrap cover paper on pasted boxes. When we get a new box, install the box mold on the machine and enter its data on the LS-F7 touch screen. Including box length, width, height, cover paper width, upper mold height, middle mold height, and folding blade thickness. Then press Calculate and the machine will automatically return to the starting position and move to the set position. Load a box to check the settings and make sure everything is correct. Then the machine can start working. The whole process takes 8 minutes.

This machine can complete hemming, folding (folding length ≤100mm), folding and air pressure at one time. No need to replace the air plate, plug in the blade. The air pressure structure is divided into two layers, and it only takes about 3 seconds for the whole machine to complete a box.
