LS-1246B Automatic smart rigid box making machine has 4 main
sections. It including the box corner pasting, paper
feeding&gluing, box feeding&positioning, forming
station(box wraping and air pressing at one time).
The robotic arm grabs the box on the conveyor belt, and accurately
positions the box on the cover paper by taking a photo of the
cameras. The position the box by the robot is automatically
calculated according to the size of the box (for details, please
refer to the touch screen setting)
This machine has applied visual positioning for easy and high
accurate positioning. Automatic setting in the forming machine to
make the whole machine setting time reduce grealty. Whole line
setting time in 30-45 minutes. So that can meet different orders
quantity request.
