Paper table: Paper can be placed on the table, and the paper will be separated by
the paper feeder. When the face paper is reduced, the workbench
will automatically rise to the water-absorbing position. When
loading paper, the table needs to be lowered manually, and the
table can be raised and lowered by the button on the side.
Feeder:Separate the neatly stacked face paper sheets into the gluing
mechanism.
Glue system:After the feeder paper feeds the cover paper into the roller, the
glue is evenly applied to the cover paper through the action of the
roller, the cover paper is separated from the roller by the
scraper, and the cover paper will be transported to the positioning
part by the conveyor belt.
Box pressing:Reinforce the bottom of the positioned cover paper and the inner
box
Roll paper roller:Recycle the unfinished cover paper or residual cover paper on the
conveyor belt that has not been positioned with the inner box to
reduce the chance of secondary scrap.
Gluing tank:The glue is melted and transported to the gluing mechanism, and the
glue can be heated for a specific time.
