This LS-450plus is a multi-function packaging machine. It is used for rigid box, book cover, hard cover making. Which can do paper gluing and positioning, positioning means paste the inner box or cardboard on the glued paper, which is high accuracy and save more labor cost. This machine is suitable for making high-end package products.

LS-450B Automatic Visual Positioning Machine. It is revolutionary product in rigid box making. In the past, most rigid box positioning is applied the manual spotting or the sensor box positioning. Enclosed is the rigid box making process. The box spotting is core of box making. Which combine the cardboard and paper together with help of glue.

1. High speed: the Max speed can reach 36 pcs/min.

2. Easy running, setting time is only need 7 minutes for visal positioning part

3. No-move cameras during change sizes.

4.Two sets of ten million pixels Germany Basler cameras.

5. Dual feeding system, one button change box feeding to hardcover feeding system.

6. Anti-leaking gluing system.
