Applications:
LS-F6 Rigid Box Making Machine is used for wrapping the glued paper in the pasted box. It can
finished side wrapping, edge folding, tucking in and air pressing
at one time, which is suitable for all kinds of rigid box wrapping,
such as shoes boxes, gift boxes, cell phone boxes, perfume boxes
etc.
Parameter Settings:
A. Main Shaft Settings: Press the red dot for long to input the
value to the corresponding position of the dot.
- Reset: Click to reset the main shaft to reset the loading position.
- Red arrow: Point the spindle motor up and down, used to move the
spindle motor to adjust the machine.
- Loading position: the location where hang up the box manually
- Lower top position: It acts to reduce the vibration caused by the
impact of the main motor. Generally, move the main motor to touch
the lower mold and set the current position to the lower top
position. This position is not set under normal circumstances.
- Stripping position: the position where the stripping cylinder
returns.
- Top edged position: the position where the upper edged plate hits
the edge. (On the [Mode Selection] page, you must select [Double
Switch] to use).
- Upper pressing position: the position where the upper pressing
board is bubbled. (On the [Mode Selection] page, you must select
[Double Switch] to use).
- Folding ear position: folding position of the carton ear.
- Down edged position: the position used to fold in the inner edge of
the carton.
- Down-pressing position: the position for the carton to press the
bubble.
Features:
It has applied Pneumatic and Compressor air to driving the machine
running. It is an ideal equipment for customer which has different
quantity orders. Especially the customer seeking for higher quality
products.It has two edge folding model and four types tucking in
model. The shortest time of one box finished is 1.7seconds. The max
speed can reach 28 pcs/min to certain boxes.
