Applications:

Semi Automatic Rigid Box Making Machine For Paper Box Manufacturing And Cardboard Box Making is used for wrapping the glued paper in the pasted box. It can finished side wrapping, edge folding, tucking in and air pressing at one time, which is suitable for all kinds of rigid box wrapping, such as shoes boxes, gift boxes, cell phone boxes, perfume boxes etc.

1. During debugging, you can move the “Stripping Movement Block” and rotate the “Block” according to the position of the mold vent hole to adjust the “Stripping Rod” to pass through the mold vent hole smoothly. The “Stripping Movement Block” and the “Stuck Block” must be fastened before operation.
2. When the extractor device is working, it is necessary to select the extractor mode in the program (the part of the "push rod" can be removed when the push rod is not used in the extractor mode), when the "Stripping Cylinder" extends retracts, the cylinder drives the "Push Rod" to make the "Stripping Rod" move up and down, and the "Push Rod" ensures that the "Stripping Rod" runs up and down smoothly.
3. During debugging, run the "Stripping Cylinder" several times to observe whether the "Block" and "Stripping Rod" can collide with other mechanisms during the operation, if any, then remove it.
